Step5 is pleased to announce the appointment of Hannah Paterson as our new COO. Hannah’s transition from Principal Consultant to her new position takes immediate effect and will play an important role in the evolution of our business processes and the service we offer our clients.

In her new position Hannah will help drive Step5’s core values and cohesion across the organisation as well as deliver improvements to our internal processes and ways of working, ultimately leading to a better level of service for our clients. She comments:
